As International Distribution Specialist you’ll develop and implement global distribution management initiatives which supports markets in achieving their sales goals!

All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:



In this role you’ll activate and facilitate Distribution Partner selection process in markets where our products are sold through a Distribution Partner or Route to Market change. In addition, you’ll support regions and markets on business plans and to collaboratively add value to Distribution Partner performance.




Another responsibility of yours is to develop and implement a Distribution Partner Manager Global training solution as well as organize and deliver the trainings to local market trainers successfully.




You’ll collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders within the local market and head quarter teams to identify sales and efficiency opportunities. You will also work closely with local market stakeholders to ensure prioritized activation of our Distributior & Wholesale Partners via our system tools & processes.



Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • Minimum 3 years sales and stakeholder management experience in either Distribution, Wholesale and/or Key Accounts, Team management is a plus
  • Understanding of how to motivate field-based salespeople
  • Experience in executing building and maintaining strategic partnerships
  • Understanding of Route to Market and budget Management
  • Confident with data analysis and experience using internal and external data sources
  • Good knowledge of FMCG industry, beverage industry a plus
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience and adaptability to solve problems and identify priorities in a fast-pace environment
  • University Degree – MBA is plus; Or Equivalent Professional Experience
  • Fluent in English (must) , Spanish (a plus), Portuguese (a plus)
  • Travel up to 25%

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
