ANALYTICS PROJECT EXECUTION
In order to make sure the Off Premise organisation focuses on the right priorities, you’ll lead and streamline the global reporting efforts and provide key commercial insights. By strong collaboration with our global analytics lab and data science department, you’ll execute projects to ensure through the line execution of the Off Premise strategy. Partnering with our country teams, you’ll conduct analytics projects and follow up on the implementation.
BRING INSIGHTS TO LIFE
In your role, you’ll be responsible to provide the “so what” to the data and insights by telling a story. You’ll support strategic sales initiatives with specific management support and prepare analysis for business planning and respond to ad-hoc questions.
ANALYTICS CAPABILITIES
We’re constantly innovating and therefore, you’ll support the development of analytical capabilities in sales, e.g. statistics, data base management, visualisation. By working cross functionally with Brand Marketing, you’ll leverage additional data sources, e.g. consumer date T&A.
DEVELOPMENT OF COMMERCIAL INSIGHTS COMMUNITY
We believe in “sharing knowledge is caring” and hence within your role you’ll share best practices from the commercial insights department, organise sales analytics meetings and support in global sales workshops.
Experience
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
That matter most for this role:
- Min. of 3 years’ experience in FMCG, preferably beverages
- Experience in International Sales Business Insights, Category Management or Consulting with strategic and implementation experience
- Proven People and stakeholder management
- Project Management and analytical skills
- Process-oriented approach and understanding of sales processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, SAP BI, BO and Tableau knowledge, SQL or R is a plus
- Performance and result oriented with a hands-on pragmatic approach
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- University degree
- Fluent in English
- Travel up to 10%
