To support our Central Procurement Team at our Headquarters in Vienna, we are offering the following internship for 6 months for immediate appointment:

Intern Procurement Digitalization


Your Tasks

  • Support the implementation and operation of Procurement digitalisation performance enhancement
  • Identify potential process optimisation of various eProcurement tools across all our European locations
  • Give first line support on various digital tools to the Country Procurement Managers[CE1]
  • Support key users in the countries in your area of responsibility
  • Identifying knowledge gaps, organizing and lead trainings
  • Manage process analysis and documentation, optimizing tool settings and taking care of specific data collection for the system
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to improve Business-2-Business processes
  • Liaising with third party software suppliers to maximize supplier engagement

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the area of IT or Business Administration
  • MS Office & ideally SAP (SAP MM) user skills
  • Good command of German and English
  • Ability to work independently and attention to details
  • Motivation to work for an international group
  • Hands-on mentality and eager to learn
  • Pronounced service and customer orientation, enthusiasm for innovation
  • Attention to detail and meticulous data entry skills

The monthly salary according to the collective bargaining agreement is minimum € 1,500.23 for this position.
