THE POSITION

As of now, we are looking for a motivated Instructional Designer, who is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining innovative and engaging learning solutions in collaboration with business experts and in line with the BI internal and external requirements.

Tasks & responsibilities
  • Consult assigned business expert/ requestor, aiming to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate learning resources/approaches
  • Create innovative, engaging, and effective learning interventions/resources to address identified learning needs
  • Liaise with external supplier(s) to develop learning resources
  • Lead training process improvement projects within Medicine
  • Identify and implement innovative learning systems and methodologies to further enhance our learning strategy
Requirements
  • Min. Master´s degree (B.A., design, communication or equivalent)
  • Several years of experience in instructional design or learning content development
  • Broad experience of numerous years in the pharmaceutical industry; preferred in quality management and medicine
  • Extensive experience in global and cross functional project management
  • Very strong interpersonal, intercultural and communication skills paired with a high level of customer orientation, analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Business proficiency in English (verbal and written)

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective bargaining agreement for this position is EUR 39.625,32 (full time). For the actual salary the industry benchmark as well as your qualifications and experiences are taken into consideration.
