The global Documentation Transformation team needs you at our beautifully located site in Schaftenau / Tyrol in Austria to accelerate one of the most diverse and innovative portfolios in the pharma industry. By identifying and enabling lean, scientific and compliant documentation and development approaches, you allow our organization to excel in smartly developing competitive products!

Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Drive the implementation of lean, scientific and compliant documentation by improving documentation processes and establishing innovative and content-focused structures of Design History Files including platforming and product development concepts
• Lead/support cross-functional work streams to enhance technical development approaches for fast, scientific and effective product development
• Enable data driven improvements to the development/documentation process as well as further digitalization of the organization by contributing to digital strategy of Technical R&D
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to improve strategy and templates to provide sound source documentation for Health Authority submissions working in multidisciplinary and international teams
• Advise and support device development associates for smart documentation and change control approaches across projects, technologies and functions; coordinate complex cross-functional changes

Qualifikationen
What you’ll bring to the role:
• Bachelor’s, Master or PhD degree in engineering or natural sciences
• Strong knowledge of and working experience with EU Medical Device Regulations, ISO 13485 and US regulations 21 CFR Part 4 and 21 CFR Part 820
• Strong experience and interest in driving improvements of development/documentation approaches and/or Quality Mgmt System (e.g. design control)
• Leading and influencing in global matrix organization; strong communication / negotiation skills & listener, actively reaching out, able to understand and connect across functions
• Excellent skills in English, verbal and written. Other language skills, e.g. French, German are advantageous.

The base pay is composed of a market oriented excess payment and the respective amount according to the Austrian collective agreement (at least € 51.180,50 per year on a full time basis).
