Tasks that await me
- Strategically shape international processes and guidelines in the area of global mobility for the ALDI SOUTH Group
- Consult and coordinate consulting services with a focus on employment law, immigration, taxes and payroll
- Prepare, consolidate and analyse international (remuneration) queries
- Organize and carry out global workshops and trainings to build up international knowledge
- Proactively collaborate and manage internal stakeholders and external interfaces
My qualifications
- university degree in economics
- first practical experience with international assignments
- a good knowledge of employment, tax and social insurance law
- analytical, holistic thinking and good conceptual competence
- fluency in English

Remuneration
Attractive gross annual salary starting from € 45.000 .- willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
