We are seeking an HR Administrator to enable us to reach our ambitious goals and support our employees, as we enter a period of rapid growth.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will collaborate closely with the HR Business Partners and be responsible for the creation and documentation of employee documents, as well as for the preparatory payroll. You will also be a matter expert on certain operational topics for our HR team, such as parental leave or working time regulations. As we expand internationally, you will also you will take over additional projects such as assessing new HR Information systems based on the team’s priorities, control cross-site HR operations projects or location specific adjustments, and in general establish and maintain an overarching, scalable strategy for operational people processes and data such as self-service information.

In particular, you will:

  • Be responsible for all employee-related paperwork, from contract creation and adjustments to employer confirmations and letters of reference, and ensure that employee data and documents are always up-to-date and stored in a compliant manner
  • Coordinate monthly payroll and supervise our external payroll provider.
  • Actively partner with the HR team, providing insights or updates on tax- or payroll-related matters
  • Provide the HR Team with various KPIs and reports, to provide insights about potential issues and solutions
  • Be responsible for time and absence management, as well as for the time management system
  • Support the administration of travels, from travel accounting to support in short-term secondments or business travels


  • You have several years of experience in HR Administration / HR Operations
  • You have a sound knowledge of Austrian payroll tax law and time recording regulations.
  • You enjoy the challenges that a growing company brings and meet them solution-oriented and with a hands-on mentality.
  • You work very reliably, accurately and independently. Discretion is a matter of course for you.
  • You have a high service orientation and excellent organizational skills, with a sense of urgency and accountability.
  • You are proficient in the MS Office package.
  • A good command of written and verbal English

    * The remuneration for the position advertised above is fixed by Austrian collective agreement. The effective salary depends on qualification and experience and may be significantly higher.
