We need your expertise to:

  • Developing of an effective and well-motivated team
  • Managing and optimisation of centralised treasury processes
  • Short term liquidity management, FX risk management, interest rate risk management
  • Medium to long-term funding activities
  • Maintenance of adequate financing structure
  • Reporting and high level analyses for top management
  • Relationship management of banks and financial institutions
  • Responsible for specific treasury requirements under IFRS (financial reporting IAS 32 / IFRS 7) and instruments (IAS 39)
  • Financial analysis related to corporate finance
  • Development and maintenance of Treasury policies, procedures and processes
  • Supervising the insurance expert(s)

About you:

  • University degree or equivalent by experience
  • 7-10 years of experience in relevant fields
  • Profound knowledge of relevant financial markets and hedging instruments
  • Good knowledge of financial accounting and IAS
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interest in IT systems (Treasury Management System, SAP, financial information systems, excel)
  • Have the effectiveness to manage in a multicultural context
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills

Required language levels:

  • English: Professional knowledge, written and spoken
  • German: Professional knowledge, written and spoken
  • Additional European languages are an asset

About you

  • Following Austrian law regulations, we offer competitive compensation based on the collective labour agreement chemical industry starting at EUR 98.662,76 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background.
