Global Sales Controlling Manager

Fuschl am See, Austria

To strengthen our finance beverage team we are looking for a global sales controlling manager in our headquarters in Fuschl am See.

In this position you are responsible to drive the global value chain, pricing and promotional efficiency roadmap of the sales controlling department. Additionally, you and the team of sales controllers you are leading are providing global sales controlling expertise as business partners for our international sales teams.

GLOBAL SALES CONTROLLING

 

Drive the global value chain, pricing and promotional efficiency road map through continuous improvement of global sales controlling concepts and tools

Challenge the value chain, pricing and promotional development of Red Bull country organizations through ongoing analysis, country visits and in-depth plan reviews

Ensure customer profitability is analyzed throughout all Red Bull organizations and appropriate actions are taken by the markets

 

BUSINESS PARTNER FOR INTERNATIONAL SALES TEAM

 

Business Partner for the international On- and Off Premise organization

Support negotiations with international Key Accounts while coordinating the appropriate reporting and budgeting process

 

ORGANIZATION

 

Lead and further development of a team of global sales controllers

Increase global sales controlling know-how via finance academies

 

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • Minimum seven years of relevant Commercial Finance experience in the FMCG industry
  • Track record of building and managing high performing teams
  • IT literate, excellent MS Excel knowledge, familiarity with any ERP system and any integrated business analysis tool is a strong plus (SAP BI/Hyperion etc)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to quickly identify and analyze risks & impacts and able to define alternatives.
  • Highly analytical and very skilled individual
  • Must be self-motivated, self directed and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
  • Flexible and a team player
  • University degree in Business Administration/Finance
  • Strong English skills
  • Travel up to 10%
