STRATEGY
With a strategic mindset, you’ll translate culture marketing initiatives into relevant media products. You’ll define, lead and represent the holistic Media Network strategy relating to the dance playground.
INNOVATION
You’ll identify and develop new story angles for existing projects, playgrounds and recurring content opportunities. In addition, you’ll create ownable content formats across Dance Network.
COUNTRY SUPPORT
In this role, you’ll support and create moments through global titled events in countries with global impact. You’ll serve as main point of contact for the local markets for all Dance media-related matters, aligning and collaborating on constant basis up to level the media and content competency in the countries.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Collaboration is key! You’ll line up key media partners, intensified relations, external validation and influencers across Dance. You’ll level up the quality of our work in communication, programming and content to increase earned impact to our managed and owned channel success.
Experience
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
That matter most for this role:
- 10+ years’ work experience in Media
- Track record in content creation and activation campaigns
- Passion for Culture and Dance with a well-established Culture Media Network
- Experience in leading a team
- Enthusiastic and open-minded team player
- Flexible, structured and well organised personality
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- Fluent written and spoken English, German skills are a plus
- Travel up to 25%
