Fiber Supply Manager (f/m)

Purpose & key responsibilities of the role:

  • Rolling Global Fiber Supply Forecast – Production volumes
  • Using that as Baseline for Raw Material Planning for Pulp and Purchase
  • Definition of Operational Stock Levels to avoid too many type shifts ( support OEE Improvement )
  • Improve Site Set Ups – considering profitability and customer requirement
  • Business Process Owner Production Planning
  • Global Fiber Supply Forecast:
    Production Capacities based on Product Mix requirement and OEE-improvement targets
    Shutdown Calendar: Coordinate best possible shutdowns sequence among sites
    Site Set Up considering profitability and customer requirement
  • Frequent Alignment with Fiber Demand Manager:
    Product Requirement based on Global Demand, considering Stock levels
    Transfer Rolling Demand FC on Product Hierarchy Level to Mat. Numbers in PP for Raw Material Planning
  • Business Process Owner – Production Planning

Our expectations for this exciting role:

  • Very experienced in production planning and supply chain models
  • Effective analytical and communication skills for cross functional alignments,
    intercultural sensibility
  • Fluent English, very good knowledge of SAP and PP-Modul, Effective with MS office programs
  • Advanced degree in academic education in technical field (Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Production Planning/Scheduling and Systems)
The gross salary for this position according to the collective agreement in the chemical industry is EUR 69.000,- with the willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
