ESO Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d), NTO, Schaftenau/Kundl, Austria

30+ external active accounts are handled by ESO LM for key Biologic, Aseptic products incl. launch pipeline for Biosimilars with global footprint. As ESO Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d), you will collaborate with supplier relationship teams (cross-functional teams incl. key operational functions) and Global SC functions to establish the optimal “demand & supply plan”.

Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Developing the “demand & supply plan” for the tactical horizon (3/4 to 24-36 months) ensuring the adequate balancing between supply and demand in line with the expected service level and inventory at the next point of the supply chain for the ESO LM Platform
• Support, collaborate with SRTs and SC Head to establish this optimal plan by monitoring deviations versus budget for the tactical horizon (e.g. supply volumes/based on demand, operational cost, supply performance and inventory projection)
• Support the ESO SC Head for effective deployment of supply chain processes (ESO internal/ Global SC) including innovative planning models and generate analysis to support improvement of the planning and execution reliability for the ESO Platform
• Guide SOM community ensuring consistent operational planning and training execution
• Support the SRTs to implement and execute the External Supplier S&OP according the defined standards as well as ESO IBP cycle (e.g. facilitation of demand review or supply review)
• Represent ESO SCM acting as deputy where needed in multidisciplinary governance meetings both internal and external the relevant platform/region organization

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Academic degree in a technical, economics or scientific field that contains SCM, logistics and/or planning (including an APICS CPIM or APICS CSCP certification)
• 3-5 years work experience within SCM, planning, logistics, inventory management or similar, ideally in a GMP-regulated environment
• Good command of English written and spoken

We offer a market-competitive base salary in line with your qualification, experience and individual competencies. The base pay is composed of a market oriented excess payment and the respective amount according to the Austrian collective agreement (at least € 62.146,14 per year on a full time basis).
