Our award-winning PropTech company is seeking to expand to the UK real estate market, which is why we are looking for experts to help us make a lasting change in the real estate industry.

 Key Tasks:

  • You will be responsible for the UK market, and you have the possibility to build a team around you
  • You will be trained as an expert on using the iDWELL software
  • You will present the software during a sales pitch (mostly online)
  • It will be your responsibility to coordinate the work of your assistants who will help you generate qualified leads and work together with you in Pre-Sales
  • After the first product presentation you will establish a strong relationship to our potential customers, and you will consult them on any further questions regarding our software
  • You will prepare offers and negotiate prices
  • You will represent our company and be active at events, fairs, and on social media
  • You will be working with our comprehensive CRM-System which will support you regarding automated help processes, task management and templates, and will make your work as efficient as possible

     

Abilities & Skills: 

  • Long-standing experience working in sales in the real estate industry or in a tech-related industry
  • You are a communicative person with a strong business network from all different kinds of industries
  • Ability to get people excited about innovative products
  • Experience in negotiating big deals and as a self-confident person you know how to convince business partners
  • Passion for innovation, IT, and digital products
  • A well-structured & organised way of working
  • Eagerness to take on responsibility and a strong hands-on mentality
  • You are an English native speaker and in the best case you also speak or understand some German
