Digital Product Manager

Then you’ll be the right one for the position of Digital Product Manager. You’ll be responsible for driving digital projects as Aston Martin Red Bull Racing, Red Bull Flugtag or Red Bull Soapbox. The Global Platforms department is our competence center for our digital consumer facing products. RedBull.com is Red Bull’s largest owned channel – localized to more than 50+ countries and 30+ languages, reaching over 10million unique visitors a month. RedBull.com is not just an editorial platform, it is also a platform for global and local marketing.

BUSINESS DEMANDS & REQUIREMENTS
In this role, you’ll act as an interface between business, technical departments and external agencies. Thereby, you’ll work with business owners and key stakeholders to translate business demands into user journeys and features. You’ll develop expertly defined requirements, identify and manage dependencies. You’ll define success & acceptance criteria as well as quality measures. Furthermore, you’ll foster a user centred mindset through analytics, user feedback, user tests, research and benchmarking. In order to continuously succeed with the platform, it is essential to constantly improve and optimize it, as well as quickly adapt to industry trends and media consumption patterns.
BACKLOGS & ROADMAPS
As Digital Product Manager you’ll drive planning towards maximizing user & business value and manage priorities & backlogs accordingly. Therefore, you’ll define, manage and deliver product roadmaps. You’ll transform requirements into specific epics, stories, and tasks as well as constantly groom the product backlog as the backbone of product enhancements. To focus on identifying and developing a minimum viable product (MVP), you’ll leverage rapid iteration.
COLLABORATION & EXECUTION
You’ll collaborate with and drive effectiveness of cross-functional teams in business, analytics, design, product, and engineering. Liaising with and manage external suppliers and build a trusted partner /supplier network is equally important. You’ll deliver assignments end-to-end, on-deadline and in-line with agreed strategies and processes as well as UX, brand and legal guidelines. In addition, you’ll act as product owner in agile /scrum product development or as a project owner in conventional product development, as needed.
COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT
In this role, you’ll act as key contact and guide, advise and support users (countries, colleagues and external partners) in utilizing the digital products effectively. You’ll communicate product enhancements on a regular basis along with a solid documentation.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
That matter most for this role:
* 3+ years’ work experience in a multinational environment in the media or digital industry
* Strong digital product management experience and skills
* Experience in successful digital /media projects and products
* Strong awareness of modern UX design and digital product /project management methodologies
* Experience with project and product management & flexibility to continuously adapt to new tools, software and technical landscapes
* Ability to work and build relationships with a range of partners, stakeholders and external contractors
* Direct experience in an entrepreneurial and start-up environment is beneficial
* Strong work ethic and ability to work in teams
* Creative, innovative, self-motivated and focused on delivering results
* University degree in digital, media, design, technology or a related discipline
* Fluent in English, German is a plus
* Travel up to: 25%

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
