Sportradar ad:s, the division we are looking support for,  is a data-driven marketing and sponsorship solution designed to help deliver significant efficiency improvements against marketing investments. The ad:s team develops and provides fully-customizable purpose-built, proprietary tools and services to meet the individual marketing needs of the iGaming-, sports and publishing industry.

THE CHALLENGE:
  • Start managing programmatic campaigns for clients from day one
  • Own the day-to-day management and optimization of programmatic campaigns
  • Use programmatic background and knowledge of DSP capabilities to build smart programmatic plans for the client
  • Maintain and follow precise campaign booking and implementation processes
  • Work closely with our account management unit and support them with product knowledge and digital marketing knowledge on programmatic advertising
  • Ensure all media plan requirements are correctly communicated to all relevant teams and entered accurately in the appropriate platforms
  • Support the product teams in improving the customer journey
  • Participate and share ideas in client meetings, brainstorms and presentations – if it is requested
  • Innovation – come to managers with new ideas/processes/additions to the services, planning and trading toolkits
  • Mentorship/Teaching – actively involved in improving team skills by attending internal meetings, giving POVs on potential solutions, supervising juniors as they setup and optimize campaigns

YOUR PROFILE:

  • 2+ years of experience working in the Programmatic Advertising
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with programmatic trading on the demand side – no matter on which tech stack
  • Marketer / agency / consultative background.
  • A deep knowledge in programmatic campaign strategy and conversion optimization
  • Strong understanding of Real-time Bidding, Supply Side Platforms (SSPs), Supply Management, PMPs and Deals, Ad-tracking Technologies, Adservers & Conversion-Tracking
  • Understanding of ad-serving systems
  • Ability to rationalize and explain decisions with supportive logic and data, deploying evidence-based planning and strategy
  • Passion for problem-solving and digital media
  • Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken), any other European language (in particular German) will be considered as a plus

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
