As of now we are seeking a well-organized and self-motivated Digital Event Assistant (m/f/d) to join our Human Pharma Commercial Department at Boehringer Ingelheim in Vienna. Your focus will be the coordination and organization of regional and international virtual meetings. Tasks & responsibilities
  • Responsible for handling state-of-the-art virtual internal/external events for all Therapeutic Areas across 18 countries incl. participant management
  • Undertake tasks to ensure a well-functioning customer and key external expert relationship throughout all event management phases
  • Manage regional virtual congress participation
  • Responsible for accurate event management documentation and preparation for spend reporting
  • Experienced in organizing and coordinating medium-size and large virtual/remote events
  • Strong project management skills in combination with structured, well-organized way of working
  • Digital savvy, good communication and organizational skills as well as agile/open-mined
  • Able to deal with difficult and unexpected situations, sometimes “trouble-shooting”
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is a must

For this position we offer an interesting salary package considering your expertise and personal competencies as well as your professional experience. We are obliged by law to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which amounts to € 37,756.32 gross per year (full-time) for this position, whereby an overpayment is possible.
