What you’ll get to do

We are looking for a Digital Education Manager (m/f/d) who will work within our international Customer Success Team and in close cooperation with the Product Marketing Manager as well as Digital Engagement Manager. In this role you will deliver customer facing product trainings to demonstrate the value of our solutions, drive customer engagement, support retention and increase expansion.

Among other things you will

  • Deliver engaging and value-add expert training that drives product usage and customer engagement
  • Produce customised training content for different topics in English and German
  • Target different customer groups and produce webinar content based on target group needs
  • Be the owner of the whole process (define content, define target group, invite customers, execute webinar, measure success, etc.)
  • Monitor and adapt webinar content to reflect customer needs
  • Evaluate webinars as well as webinar materials to ensure customer needs are met
  • Work closely with the product marketing team to prioritise on topics and training content
  • Research and implement webinar and presentation techniques to maximize training effectiveness

Who you are

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • You have a strong understanding of the SAAS industry
  • You have knowledge and hands-on experience with software solutions and tools to run engaging and interactive training sessions such as GoToWebinar
  • You have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English and German
  • You are able to translate ideas into clear written and visual materials/communication
  • You have the ability to build strong relationships internally with core stakeholders
  • You have good time management skills to plan and prioritize workload and demands
  • Your organisational skills are very good
  • You have an attention for detail and ability to work to deadlines
  • You are motivated and articulate and well as customer focused and commercially minded

The annual gross salary for this position based on a full-time employment depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience ranges from EUR 28,700.- to EUR 42,000.-. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance.
