Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility and active implementation of content management for product training in our online learning platform
• Organization of product-related classroom training, including quality assurance
• Qualification and support of the departments in the creation of product training
• Ensuring that all sales and service employees of the Anton Paar Group undergo up-to-date, content-relevant and efficient sales and service training
• Continuous development of the e-learning or blended learning concept
• Management responsibility including the expanded responsibility for the entire training coordination of product training

Requirements

• Completed technical and / or economic training
• Relevant professional experience in sales / service and training experience is an advantage
• Didactic know-how for designing e-learning desirable
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Independent, reliable and accurate way of working
• High focus on results and quality awareness
• Experience in the implementation of projects
• Strong communication skills and a confident manner

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): EUR 3.500,00 to EUR 4.200,00. We do not accept applications through recruitment agencies and ask all interested parties to submit their documents directly via our job website.
