For this role we believe you have Ingka Business experience from an IKEA retail market Service office and preferably also store as well as minimum 5 years experience from business navigation working with both commercial and financial processes, in particular retail Pricing. On top of this you have proven track record in delivering under time pressure and are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
You have knowledge in the following areas:
• commercial business knowledge and cross-functional understanding of how IKEA operates
• good understanding of IKEA’s strategic landscape and direction
• good understanding of data science, new technologies, analytics and their wide ranging application in business context
• good knowledge of the IKEA Concept, the IKEA Brand Identity and the IKEA culture & Values
• in-depth knowledge of IKEA business tools, processes and cycles
• Business Partnering, i.e. strategic, tactical and operational business partner with strong analytical skills to translate business needs into financial consequences and solutions
• are strong communicator with capacity to influence decisions and create energy and commitment within the organization as well as a Relationship Builder both within and outside of the organization.
• you have Business acumen, i.e. ability to recognize external trends and translate them into business opportunities and are Change oriented, i.e. able to handle a constantly changing environment with many different stakeholders and demands.

Be a pro-active, trustworthy business partner who takes a multi-dimensional view of the business, connecting the needs of customers and the organisation with a complete overview of the profit & loss, and understanding of the balance sheet and cash flow management. Supporting and challenging the organisation through business-case thinking. Take the lead in developing and promoting lean, simple and effective ways of working.
You will:
• be a pro-active business partner to steer, challenge and support country management, to deliver the set goals using the right management reports and analyses available through the financial controlling team.
• take a leading role in driving the topic of business transformation in an omnichannel enverironment, redefine the traditional business modell and processes and support the organisiation with change management skills.
• participate in the financial business planning process, ensuring that the financial plan is aligned with the BPL priorities while involving and creating commitment among stakeholders on performance management and goal setting.
• project and follow up the long-term financial development goals by connecting the objectives of the IKEA Direction, Market Penetration Plan and identified business opportunities in the country and the impact on the profit and loss.
• together with stakeholders analyse and evaluate benefits, costs and investments, looking at the business from all relevant perspectives, ensuring a good return on investment and qualitative business cases.
• navigate towards more effective and cost-conscious ways of working, identifying growth and cost saving potentials through benchmarking, striving for constant improvements, exploring digital capabilities and opportunities.
• take an active role to develop business and people together, encourage entrepreneurial behaviour exploring in the Retail multichannel environment of today and for the future.

For this fulltime position we offer you a monthly gross salary starting from € 4.500 (on fulltime base with an ALL-IN contractual agreement). We are willing to pay more depending on experience and qualification.
