Corporate Responsibility Specialist (f/m)

Tasks that await me

  • Support the development, management, implementation and on-going improvement of Corporate Responsibility projects in the supply chain
  • Drive the development of Corporate Responsibility for key supplier base
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Corporate Responsibility trainings and evaluations for suppliers
  • Manage key performance indicators for supply chain projects and supplier performance, draw critical insights and present findings
  • Implement crisis management protocol, communicate and support remediation of critical findings in the supply chain
  • Engage in Corporate Responsibility multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Communicate with buying teams and expert operational teams in Hong Kong and Bangladesh

My qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor degree ideally related to Corporate Responsibility
  • Initial working experience in supply chains is desirable
  • Team member who is comfortable with supporting multiple and dynamic processes, projects and concepts with various stakeholders in parallel
  • Self-motivated, reliable, structured and independent way of working
  • Analytical skills, conceptual thinking, very good writing and communication skills
  • Intercultural sensitivity and fluency in English

Remuneration

Attractive gross annual salary starting from € 45,000.-
