In this position as Commercial Sales Manager (m/f/d) you will be member of strong and experienced international sales teams and cooperate very closely with sales managers, central functions, divisional managers and executive board members.

The position provides a high level of independence and extensive skills in using digital support systems like MS Teams and ANDRITZ’s own customized digital systems. On-line contract negotiations with customers and to the extent permissible frequent travelling in most parts of the world where ANDRITZ Pulp&Paper conduct business negotiations are foreseen

Your Responsibilities:

  • As Commercial Sales Manager for ANDRITZ Pulp&Paper’s global activities, you will be responsible for the commercial support of our sales force for defined customer projects.
  • You will be involved already in the early stages of promising sales projects and will support our technical sales staff in all contractual and commercial issues (e.g. sales project strategy, terms of payment, risk assessment and mitigation, financing of projects, negotiation of general terms and conditions, credit risk coverage, tax issues, permitting, etc.).
  • You will lead the contractual and commercial negotiations with our customers in close cooperation with our management, technical sales and supported by central functions like legal, finance, tax, logistics, export control, global mobility, procurement, etc. Training and development will be in the job scope as well.
  • Training will be carried out at the ANDRITZ Group Headquarters in Graz, Austria, as well as with other units, upon need.

Your Qualifications:

  • You have a university degree in business administration or other comparable degrees.
  • You have extensive experience from negotiations of international EPC and delivery contracts for capital investments.
  • Your negotiation skills and intercultural awareness are proven and you have excellent knowledge in German and English.
  • You are skilled in teamwork and enjoy leading team members to successful conclusion of projects.

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 3.542,60 for this position.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
