• Develop existing vendors and establish new supplier relationships
• Understand the supplier base and capabilities within the Fruits & Vegetable market
• Ensure security of supply taking into account quality- and CR-aspects
• Negotiate conditions and contracts with suppliers and service providers
• Visit suppliers and attend trade fairs

• Completed studies in the field of economy
• Understanding of products, varieties, qualities and seasonality in relation to customer demand
• Knowledge of cultivation/farming Fruits & Vegetable
• Experienced handling PC (especially MS office tools)
• Prennial leadership experience
• Fluency in English
• Very good communication and negotiation skills with a high degree of assertiveness
• Reliable, structured and result-oriented way of working
