For the next possible start date we are looking for a:

Business Unit Head HIV Austria (Full time, 38,5 hrs./week)

Your responsibilities:

Drive Performance

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and build a highly effective and motivated team with positive team dynamics through excellent people management skills
  • Lead the X-Functional Team to achieve performance objectives and demonstrate winning leadership behaviours through periods of change
  • Build strong external and internal stakeholder networks with effective communication and engagement
  • Analyse market situation, trends and dynamics, including competitors and determine appropriate commercial approaches including pricing strategies at an account and national level
  • Own the development and execution of local brand strategies and operational business plans, including budget planning and management (Selling Field, A&P)
  • Lead Omnichannel marketing strategies driven by patient and customer journeys and insights

Drive Innovation

  • Lead the launches of new products or indications
  • Embrace and look for opportunities to maximise benefits of digitalization as an enabler for customer engagement or patient support programs

Build Capability and Talent

  • Build organizational capability through the development and management of personal development plans for direct reports
  • Manage succession planning for the key roles within organization

Build Trust

  • Create and sustain a healthy, engaged, resilient and inclusive working environment
  • Promote open, honest and transparent communication to drive a culture that facilitates growth and delivers on commitments
  • Act as a role model for putting the GSK values of Transparency, Respect for People, Integrity and Patient Focus at the heart of everyday decision-making
  • Active member of LOC RMCB (Risk Management and Compliance Board) incl. ownership for management of assigned risks (incl. Management Monitoring process)

Your Profile:

  • University degree on relevant field: Business, Finance/Economics, Science, Medical
  • Marketing & Sales/Selling Excellence Experience
  • People management and leadership
  • Proven track-record in effective stakeholder management, customer engagement and communication
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track-record in delivering operational excellence
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a big advantage

Market-compliant annual gross salary from EUR 90,000 with corresponding overpayment, depending on your qualifications and relevant experience.
