Assistant to Director Sales Area Europe (f/m/d)

We are looking for a professional Assistant with exceptional organizational skills and an eye for detail to act as the first point of contact for our Director Sales Area Europe. As such, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining all appointments and schedules, and ensuring timely administrative support in a professional manner.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prioritise and ensure that correspondence and reports are dealt with efficiently, promptly and confidentially
  • Take initiative to represent and act professionally on behalf of Director Sales Area Europe during his absence (i.e. deal with matters requiring attention or refer them to the appropriate person)
  • Proactively intercommunicate and work effectively with other departments and staff
  • Organise meetings/conference calls, prepare meeting presentations, take minutes, and manage all details such as room reservations, agendas, necessary IT equipment, catering and attendee updates
  • Organise travel and other related arrangements for Director Sales Area Europe and his department staff
  • Prepare expense reports for Director Global Sales
  • Source and maintain office supplies and devices and maintain office filing system
  • Carry out special projects as allocated by Director Sales Area Europe
  • Monitor progress and report to Director Sales Area Europe

Your Profile

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a an Executive Administration Support position or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment, take directions and follow up as required
  • High sense of duty, diligence and accuracy
  • Good interpersonal skills, willingness to cooperate and communicate across all AT&S sites, functions and departments
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus)

Our salary packages are competitive, take individual qualifications, and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labor agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 32018.42,- Euro.
