Assistant Regional Manager Central & South East Europe

Join our Regional Team and play a vital role in successful team organization, communication and project management in an international fast paced environment.

As Assistant you’re supporting the Regional Manager Central & South East Europe on a day-to-day basis across all different administrative and organizational topics. You’re acting as an interface between the different teams in the regions, as well as other internal and external key stakeholders, ensuring a timely and professional handling of internal and external communication, meetings/events and other internal processes.

All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:



You’ll support our CSEE Regional Manager by coordinating his and the regional team’s agenda on a day-to day basis. In addition, you will support in the internal and external communication, documentation and the preparation of MS PowerPoint Presentations.




In this role you’ll be responsible for the organization of the regional CSEE conferences. You will be providing support for internal and external meetings and smaller events. This organizational skill set requires you to be always two steps ahead.




You’ll ensure a proper internal information flow through a day-to-day communication across different departments and countries on all hierarchy levels. In addition, you will communicate with our partners and customers on a regular basis.



Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • At least two years working experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills
  • Proactive mindset and used to working independently
  • Detail-oriented and experienced in working in a fast-paced international environment
  • Flexibility and can-do attitude with a focus on delivering results
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Completed commercial education
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus
  • Travel up to 10%

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
