Administrative Assistant in part-time (m/f)

Innsbruck, Austria

Main Tasks

  • Supporting the Head of Education and Training with various administrative duties
  • Act as Training Coordinator for the Education and Training department
  • Typing, preparing, and collating reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Managing and organizing meetings
  • Office management (e.g. managing department audits, ordering office supplies, managing inventory)


  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a motivated personality
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures a plus
  • Desired weekly working hours: 25 hours

Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is EUR 29,941.24 for fulltime 38.5 hours/week.
