with their breakthrough SaaS solution.

Requirements:

● Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position
● Technical expertise regarding marketing stack
(Google/Facebook/Programmatic Advertising/..)
● Enthusiasm for web-technologies, data and analytics
● High customer- and service orientation
● SaaS background is a plus
● Excellent English and preferable also German
communication skills

Your Responsibilities:
● Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers on operational level
● Know the needs and requirements of our customers and provide them with highest quality support
● Customer relationship management – communication via email and video calls
● You successfully link the commercial with the technical team at JENTIS
● Assisting on digital marketing strategies – online marketing, generating leads and brand awareness
● Self-dependently initiate starting points to scale our business further with an entrepreneurial spirit

As Account Manager you provide our customers with high quality support and manage the relationship on a daily basis.
You are always up to date on their needs, challenges and goals. You are passionate about marketing technology tools and
are able to communicate the potential of our approach to customers. Working closely with our developer team you detect
customer pain points and alleviate those through targeted problem-solving. You also identify business opportunities and
contribute directly to the development of our product and the growth of JENTIS. You report directly to the founder’s team
and make your own decisions. This independent working style requires high degrees of responsibility.

Annual Basic salary according to collective agreement classification starting at EUR 40.000,-
